Utility Communicators International (UCI) is here to help its members thrive and prosper. Twice annually, UCI brings together utility communicators to increase their professional knowledge, to share best practices, to better understand the industry and to meet the challenges of customer communications.
Our Winter Workshop provides an intimate hands-on environment where best practices are shared and enhanced through case studies, expert and peer panels and roundtable discussions. Our Annual Summer Conference and BCC Gala combines the best of our workshops with industry experts, keynote presentations, and of course, the longest standing Creative Awards Competition in the industry, the Better Communications Competition (BCC).
UCI provides a unique networking forum with members representing more than a hundred electricity, gas, water, and alternative source utilities in the U.S., Canada, and Bermuda.
